My coworker and I stopped by here on our way home to Erie, PA after arriving on an international flight through Toronto. The menu at Rodney's was just what we were looking for, some good American food. I enjoyed the Ranch Chicken sandwich with macaroni salad. My coworker enjoyed a different chicken sandwich.

Great ride along the lake to get there ..perfect after checking the outer harbor.. tift or Woodlawn beach ..lots to pick from with plenty of sea food options if that's your thing ..I had a steak ..my wife got an everyday fish fry ..cause they serve it every day ..the Johnny walker black was only 12 bucks might as well get a double the stuffed peppers app was good they made sure we had time to eat are app ..then my salad then brought the main course

I went here for the first time by myself probably around 3:30pm. I got sat down right away. The waitress check on me multiple times and was really nice. I got a bacon cheeseburger and it tasted like it’s homemade. I sat facing towards a window that you could see the lake out of. There’s a lounge side and a dinner side and I sat in the lounge side.

Rodney's is always a good choice when you want Fish Fry or other seafood options. The portions are huge and fish was fried perfectly. I would definitely go out of my way to come have a meal here.

We were in food heaven. I brought my father and brother here for my dad's early birthday dinner. They are from out of town. We had originally picked a different spot, but the wait was long, so we wound up here, and I'm sooooo happy about it. We had a little bit of everything. Our server was so accommodating with how she brought out our mass amounts of food. The cleanest fried food I've ever had. Fresh, full seafood. More seafood than batter. Very flavorful. I picked up a rib and it fell right off the bone. Best crab cake ive had since Maryland. Mostly meat, not filler. We are all happily eating lots of left overs. This is one of my new fav spots when I have visitors. The lake view and breeze as you walk out makes it even more wonderful. Five star food, five star service

Rodney's is a comfortable, casual, easy-going restaurant with excellent food. The chicken on my salad was tender, and broiled haddock on another visit was delicious.

I just finished lunch and I was pleased. The service was great and with a smile. Warm atmosphere, and the beef on weck was delicious. I'm definitely coming back.
